Meet John Petti
John Petti is the founder and experienced contractor behind Accurate Builders & Repair. His career began around 1992, when he worked as a handyman for a painting contractor. During those early years, John developed extensive hands-on knowledge of construction tools, materials, repairs, painting, and the practical skills required to complete projects properly.
Through years of field experience, determination, and continued learning, John progressed from handyman work into residential construction and remodeling. In 2008, he studied for and passed his California contractor licensing examination, marking an important milestone in his professional journey. Since then, he has continued serving Southern California homeowners through Accurate Builders & Repair.
With more than three decades of hands-on industry experience, John brings practical knowledge and careful attention to every project. His experience includes kitchen and bathroom remodeling, additions and new construction, decks and porches, masonry, fencing, concrete work, repairs, and other residential improvements. He also helps clients navigate important stages of their projects, including planning, permitting, construction, and final completion.
My Story
John built Accurate Builders & Repair around straightforward communication, dependable workmanship, and respect for each customer’s home.
